Something not working, or not making sense? Write to support@yuhcarnival.com and a person will answer.
It helps to include your name, the band you registered with, and what you saw on screen. If the app showed you a message, quoting it word for word gets you a faster answer than describing it.
YUH signs you in with a code sent to your email address. If the code does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then ask for another — an old code stops working once a new one is sent. If mail to your address is being rejected, write to us from a different address and say which one you were trying.
Registering with a band and signing in are two different things: an account does not by itself give you access to a band. If your band has your registration but the app does not show it, tell us the band's name and the email address you registered with, and we will connect the two.
Balances come from your band, not from us — the app shows what the band's records say. If a payment you made is not reflected, tell us the band, the amount and roughly when you paid, and we will trace it with them.
The road map only has trucks to show while your band is on the road and its vehicles are reporting. Outside a road day it will be empty, which is not a fault. On the day, check that the app has location permission and that you have signal.
Then don't — it is off until you turn it on, and nothing about your registration requires it. You can turn any sharing off inside the app, and revoke location permission entirely in your phone's settings. Sharing you do switch on stops by itself at midnight that day.
See Delete your account for what to send, what is removed, and what we are obliged to keep.
Captures stay on your phone until you choose to share one. If you delete the app before sharing, they go with it — so save anything you want to keep to your photo library first.
